Our Mission + Vision

Mission

We aim to connect the mountaineers as well as aspiring mountaineers of the world by creating transformational mountaineering travel experiences in the Andes focused on technical, emotional, spiritual and physical growth as a climber, while supporting The Summit Stoke Foundation’s work to expand access to mountaineering for women in Ecuador through the sport of mountaineering.

Vision

We want to create a more equal environment between men and women in Latin America by offering local women of The Andes the opportunity to enter the professional world of mountaineering. Just as with our traveling climbers, we aim to create a safe space for learning in the mountains, where local women can join at no cost in order to explore and experience the world of mountaineering. As funding becomes available, the Foundation aims to offer scholarships that local women can apply for towards mountain-guide education, and perhaps they will be guiding your next trip in the future. We believe in current climbers paving the way for future climbers and in this way the impact is undeniable.
